Kunal siting in his room his mind racing with questions who bought the restaurant all of sudden he called his assistant. " Find out who bought the rosey hotel." He ordered when his assistant pick up the call.
"Okay sir." His assistant responded from other side before cutting the call.
How can someone buy the entire restaurant all of sudden the question roaming his head when,A knock on the door broked his thoughts chain he get out off the bed to open the door
Sir, dinner is ready." The maid said when he opened the door kunal gave a nodd before closing the door. As the restaurant solded naina told him to just have dinner home despite of he tried to convince her to go other restaurant.
He change his clothes and walked downstairs when he reached dinning table naina already there eating her food while scrolling through her phone, kunal took his seat opposite side from her servent start serving him.
Naina?" He called her, she hum in response without looking up from her phone.
The servents left the dinning room leaving only two of them in the silence
Kunal pick up his spoon. " Can we talk?"
About what?" She asked back eating her food.
Hh.. can't we talk normally?" Kunal said ackwordly, the only sound in dinning room is wall watch
There is nothing normal between us." She placed her spoon down on her empty plate. " Then how could you except normal talks?"
Kunal fingers tight around the spoon at her words. " I... thought you forgive me....
Naina cut off him before he could complete the sentence. " Why you thought?" She stand up from her seat. " Because I agree for that dinner?"
Kunal nodded slowly his jaw tight. " Yes..and i give you the space you wanted."
And you think that make me forgive you for what you did to me?" She finally look at him .
Are you that navin mr khurana?" Kunal pushed his plate aside at her words.
"Then what you want? I already asked you before and then you said you want space then why the hell you are behaving like this?" His voice raised in familiar frustration.
Keep your voice low." Naina snapped back slamming her hands on the dinning table making the plates and glasses rattle, kunal head dropped as he realised what he just did.
"Why i have to tell you what to do? Did you asked me what to do before behaving toxic, disrespectful, inresponsible?" Her voice laced with fury she can bearly hold. "No right?"
Kunal shake his head in shame written all over his face his head keep low unable to meet her gaze she walked towards the exit
"You changed." The words left before he could hold back Naina stopped at her track but didn't turn around
I was like this, you just seeing this side of me now." She said over her shoulder the room flied with thick tension.
'I was trying to make this marriage work before but i forgot that one side efforts is worthless when other person never wanted to make relationship work." With that she left the room, Kunal sit still on his seat.
I messed up again." He exhaled in frustration and shame himself.
He went direct his bedroom lie down on the bed heavily staring up at the ceiling, his phone buzzed in his pocket, he pulled out to pick up.
Hello sir, the restaurant sold to R there is no information about this person I try to find but i couldn't find it anything, the restaurant name changed rossy to RN Angel Restaurant." Kunal heard everything before ending the call.
RN Angel Restaurant?" He murmured himself. "Why are you thinking this much about that resturant." He asked in irritation at his sudden interest. " If you focused half percent of this in your marriage this is not going on."
The night grew cold just like their marriage, the morning first light draw in the room Kunal sit up holding his head as he was unable to sleep properly last night.
He grabbed his phone to check time a growl escaped from his lips when he saw his mother's message telling him she is coming to meet them and took naina and kunal.
He gets ready immediately and went direct to inform naina but stopped infront of her room he moved to knock but his hand freeze as her last night words falshed back in his mind.
The guest room door swing open naina stand by the door. " What?"
I..i just come to inform you." His voice hesitated. " My mother is coming to meet us."
Okay." She replied shortly and walked past him. Kunal let out a shaky breath.
After few a while later his mother arrived at the house both of them acted as usual pretending to be normal couple.
three of them settle down in living room.
Hope you're doing well?" His mother asked looking at both of them.
Yes." Naina lied with perfect plastic smile Kunal nodded in response making his mother believe everything is okay.
That's good." His mother said taking sip of water, She turned to kunal
When are you taking her for shopping then?" His mother asked kunal raised his eyebrow. " Sho.. shopping for what?"
You're friend's wedding anniversary in few days right?" His mother asked. " Yes." He replied trying to get to know what his mother trying to say. " Then what you want your wife to wear old dress in that party. Take her for shopping."
Kunal look at naina for any reaction but her face was netural. " I don't need to go for shopping i already have dresses to wear in party.
But you should wear new one instead of old one." His mother said.
He sigh quietly and turned to his mother. " Okay.. I'll take her tommorow."
Go now, you both have time then why are you westing staying at house? Let's go I'll drop you to the store." His mother stand up without letting anyone say anything.
No mom..." He tried to protest but his mother already grab naina's hand. "Let's go beta." Before naina denie his mother pulled her to the front door.
He followed behind his mother. "Mom i can take her.. you don't have to do all this."
His mother ignored him completely kunal sighs heavily.
When they finally reached the store Kunal and naina stepped out of the car. " Take care of her." His mother said kunal nodded before the car leave.
Kunal turned to naina. " We can leave if you don't want this." he said looking at her .
"Let's go inside, i have money to buy dresses for myself." She said. " You don't have to worry about westing your money over me."
Wh..what...no..i..she walked in the store before he complete his sentence.
Inside the store naina walking through the section looking at dresses kunal walking behind her. Few dresses catch her attention but she moved forward to explore more
Naina stopped on her track when her eyes catch a gorgeous gown with blue elegantĀ design she tranced the gown with her fingers.
"Beautiful." Kunal voice come from behind she turned around and saw him looking at a green revealing dress that completely out of naina's choice
Kunal turned to naina pointing at the revealing dress. " You should wear this one."
No, i don't like it." Naina said turning back to the blue elegant dress.
Oh.. come naina." He sigh looking at the blue dress she is admiring in disapprovly.
"We're going to buy this green dress." He said with finality.
Naina turned to face him and nodded. "Yes why not." Kunal face light up at her easy agreement.
Naina called one of staff member. "Pack this one for sir." She said without hesitation and look at him. " Are you happy now?" Kunal face dropped immediately he grip the green dress tightly.
Pack this blue dress." She said looking at the dress.
You want to anything else ma'am?" The staff member asked politely
Naina shook her head.
Kunal remind silent the rest of shopping and billing time when they left the store.
A man stopped infront of the dresses naina looking at, His face hiding behind a mask he was wearing a cap so it unable to see his face. He pointed the three dresses naina admired more than five seconds and tranced her fingers over them.
"Pack those dresses." He ordered the staff member.
When the masked man reached to the billing counter, The counter maneger looking at his masked face.
Focus on your work, you have to take appointment to see my handsome face." The masked man said With a wink
the manager gulped and immediately packed dresses carefully.
the masked man stepped out of the store holding bags. "You will get what you like it angel."
